Delivery & Returns
SOUTH AFRICAN ORDERS
- All SAM Swimwear orders are processed within 3–15 weekdays of receiving your order and payment. Subject to stock availability.
- Deliveries are managed by The Courier Guy/PUDO, either to your address or a PUDO locker.
Delivery Fees in South Africa:
- Standard delivery to your door: R95
- PUDO locker delivery: R50
RETURNS POLICY
We hope you love your new SAM Swimwear! However, if something doesn’t fit, we offer a 10-day return policy on all new garments, provided they are:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- Odour-free
- With all original labels attached
Important Notes:
- There are no returns on customised, sale, or discounted items.
- Customised orders/sizes are non-refundable. We do offer resizing or mending if the issue is reported within 10 days of delivery.
CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS & EXCHANGES
- Returns must be requested within 10 days of delivery. Requests outside this window will be denied.
- If the garment is unsuitable (e.g., size, colour, or print) and has only been tried on over underwear, it may be returned for an exchange or refund.
- Shipping costs, duties, and taxes (original and return) are non-refundable.
- Returned garments must be in “as new” condition. Items that are marked, stained, or worn will be denied and returned to you at your expense.
FAULTY GARMENTS
- If a garment arrives faulty, a replacement will be sent at no cost.
- If the same garment is unavailable, you may choose a refund, store credit, or a different garment.
- If the return is due to an error by SAM Swimwear, postage costs will be covered by us.
